Distribution, Liquefaction and Regasification

Distribution is the last step in delivering natural gas to customers. Some large industrial, commercial, and electric generation customers receive natural gas directly from pipelines. Typically, distribution occurs through smaller pipelines at lower pressures and across shorter distances than the main transmission segment.

LNG has little to no chance of igniting or exploding should a spill occur. When LNG is vaporized into its gaseous form, the fuel will only burn when mixed with air in concentrations of 5 and 15%. Additionally, LNG and the vapors associated with it do not explode in an open environment.
Gas Natural CA, S.A. de C.V. will maintain the highest safety standards to ensure that preventable accidents are avoided, and problems with the distribution network are remedied in a timely fashion.
